Everyone gets a pretty excited this time of year! There is so much to do this fall; A lot of fun events happening, great food and great Spirits.
This year make sure you don’t miss out on the The annual Elk Grove Pumpkin Festival. This amazing event has been around since 1944 and has been an ongoing since due to its popularity. The Pumpkin Festival began as a small harvest celebration and now it has become the largest festival that attracts an estimated 45,000 guest a year! So why miss it?
The festival has something for everyone such as the Pumpkin Pie Eating Championship, the Pumpkin Derby, the Pumpkin Recipe Contest and the Scarecrow-Making contest. There will also be live entertainment, an art walk and a pumpkin race!
The festival is October 3 & 4 from 10:00 am- 5:00 pm at Elk Grove Park
Admission is free and parking is only $10
